The Alcohol Advertising Review Board accepts complaints using the online form below or by email, phone, fax or post. If possible, please:
- Send a picture or link to the advertisement your complaint is about – this will speed up the reviewing process; and
- Provide as much detail as possible to help us review your complaint.

Complaints will be accepted for current advertisements and advertising campaigns which have ended within 4 weeks of the complaint being submitted.

Complaints can be made anonymously. Unless you request to be identified, your name or contact details will not be given to the Panel, advertiser or published in the determination report.
Please note that the information contained in your complaint (EXCLUDING your name and contact details) may be disclosed to the advertiser concerned when we give them the opportunity to comment.
